1. Outer Sole
Nitrile rubber sole features a remarkably firm grip and ensures a firm grip on all slippery surfaces, which means sure footing on ice and wet surfaces, reducing the risk of slips and falls. This sole can not only cope with extreme cold, but also with extreme heat. It is heat resistant, which means it can withstand temperatures of up to 300℃ and provides secure protection for work in very hot environments.
PU Sole. Polyurethane is a material that provides the shoes with a firm grip as well as high durability.
Stabilizator Extra hard-turn design with stabilizator in the outer sole, reducing the risk of sprains.

2.Inner Lining
ESD Antistatic protection inside the sole. Used where there is extra high requirements on the diversion of static electricity, e.g. in production of electronic equipment, which can be destroyed due to electrostatic discharge. Their resistance is lower than 35MΩ.
Absolute Aluminia warms twice as well as standard foot warming measures and disposes of moisture at the same time. The lining keeps you warm even in the most extreme cold environments.
3. Comfort

4. Nail Protection
Steel Mid-sole. The nail protection is made of steel and prevents nails and other sharp objects from penetrating the safety shoes, withstands 1100 Newton.
Soft plasma treated textile. The nail protection is made out of textile which makes it soft and light, prevents nails and other sharp objects from penetration the shoe, withstands 1350 Newton, therefore surpassing the standards.
5. Membrane
Dry Lock, waterproof breathable membrane from Saicou with seeled seems, keeping your feet warm and dry.
Water-repellent. Leather has been waterproofed or coated with a surface which makes it water-repellent.
6. Toe wear protection
Extra toe wear protection of PU increases the lifetime of your shoes, for those working in the construction industry, etc.
Protective cap. Protect toes against falling objects of 200 Joules and compression of 15,000 Newton.
Aluminum toe cap weights only about 50 grams, the safety shoe becomes lighter and the centre of gravity is moved backwards for improved balance and the lesser load on the shin muscles.

7. Inner Sole
Adapts to the user’s foot and gives extra comfort and support in the right places. Has a unique temperature regulation and heat-leveling function that adapts the temperature inside the shoe to the ambient temperature, foot stays warm in the cold, yet cool in the hot environment. |
